Actors Conservatory Theatre is celebrating its 50th consecutive season of presenting quality affordable theater in Westchester. Well-known in the arts community and a four-time Best of Westchester recipient, ACT is now in residence in Taylor Hall at Christ Church in Bronxville. Founded in 1975 by Arlene Wendt, ACT has staged over 135 main-stage productions including comedies, dramas, musicals and original works. Their Junior Troupe productions feature student performers in grades 5-12 who participate in their professional-level productions tuition free. Many ACT actors and crew, in part thanks to ACT, have gone on to successful careers in TV, film and theater.
