Gramatan Village is a non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults in Southern Westchester County. Our mission is to help seniors in our local communities live confidently and independently at home by providing engaging activities and useful services, support, and information via a strong network of community partners, volunteers, and a licensed social worker.
